Sales Management Consultant
Jim brings over 35 years of experience in sales and sales management to Keylan and its clients. He has worked extensively with organizations of virtually all sizes spanning almost every geography and industry. His structured, methodical approach to sales stems from three decades of working at ADP, a global leader in human capital management. This, coupled with his years at Oracle in the highly competitive software industry, provides him with the expertise to effectively lead sales teams.
Success as an individual contributor and leader is reflected in Jim’s many years of President’s Club achievement. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he is known for his willingness to mentor peers, share best practices and lead by example.
Jim earned a degree in Economics from Princeton University where he was also a member of their Division 1 football team. And, he continues to support his alma mater by interviewing applicants and as co-chair of his class annual giving campaign.
Jim and his wife, Ellie, have two married adult children and two grandchildren who they enjoy visiting as often as possible. His other interests include golf, exercise, reading and blues music.
