Kevin Hudson
Co-Founder and President

Kevin is a results-oriented sales executive with a distinguished track record of success in sales, sales management, account management and operational environments. With more than 25 years of experience as an area sales manager, district sales manager, director of sales, and VP of sales for national and international human capital management, payroll and business retail organizations, he has played key roles in driving revenue growth and developing talent. Kevin is highly effective in creating and implementing sales programs, campaigns and initiatives that drive sales success and improve process effectiveness throughout organizations. In addition, Kevin provides business, sales and leadership coaching to entrepreneurs, while delivering guidance on vision alignment and execution.

Kevin began his professional career at ADP, one of the world’s largest payroll and HR outsourcing solutions providers.  During his 13 years at ADP, Kevin’s hard work and determination paid off, resulting in five promotions and six President’s Club awards (a premiere award for top performing employees).  Following his successful career at ADP and preceding the establishment of Keylan Management Group, Kevin worked for PeopleSoft as a corporate sales manager, with Staples as a district sales manager, and finally with CPI-HR as vice president of HCM sales, marketing and operations. Overall, Kevin has a track record of consistently exceeding quota during his career.

Since 2012, Kevin has provided outsourced sales management, sales training, coaching and consulting to small business entrepreneurs through his consulting business, which he is now pursuing on a full-time basis.

Kevin is married with three children. He enjoys basketball and coaching youth sports. Kevin and his wife have led a marriage life coaching business since 2007. He serves on the strategic advisory boards for a staffing and consulting firm for HR and payroll and to a non-profit organization dedicated to providing leadership training and development to ministerial leaders.

John Bernatovicz
Co-Founder

John is a successful entrepreneur with 20+ years of sales and leadership experience. He has started five companies, sold one and currently owns two, including Willory and Centsible Water. He has been recognized for building great businesses that afford him the opportunity to serve and care for both his clients and employees.  He has been responsible for acquiring nearly 1,000 clients for his companies or employers and over $40M in personal sales production.

John has focused his working career on understanding the needs of his clients, candidates, and partners.  He is not satisfied until he finds what his clients and candidates are looking for.  Additionally, he strives to grow, challenge, and develop his teams.  John thrives on winning and building a successful business that goes above and beyond the expectations of his clients, candidates, staff members, and competitors.  This sets a standard for the firm to provide a high quality of service and establish exceptional relationships.

John was an Academic All-American in Golf at Kent State University and has played in three United States Golf Association events.  He began his professional career at ADP, one of the world’s largest payroll and HR outsourcing solutions providers.  During his time at ADP, John’s diligence and dedication to his clients paid off.  He deservedly received seven promotions and qualified for seven President’s Clubs, a premiere award for top performing employees.  Following his successful career at ADP and preceding the establishment of Willory, John joined a boutique search and consulting firm as a partner, where he expanded his expertise into successfully growing a staffing practice.

Married since 1997, John is a life-long Northeast Ohio resident, die-hard Cleveland sports fan with two wonderful children. He loves to golf, coach football and runs the Akron Marathon relay race alongside his Willory colleagues.

Jim Rafeedie
Sales Management Consultant

Jim brings over 35 years of experience in sales and sales management to Keylan and its clients. He has worked extensively with organizations of virtually all sizes spanning most every geography and industry. His structured, methodical approach to sales stems from several decades of working at ADP, a global leader in human capital management. This, coupled with his years at Oracle in the highly competitive software industry, provide him with the expertise to effectively lead sales teams.

Success as an individual contributor and leader is reflected in Jim’s many years of President’s Club achievement. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he is known for his willingness to mentor peers, share best practices and lead by example.

Jim earned a degree in Economics from Princeton University where he was also a member of their Division 1 football team. And, he continues to support his alma mater by interviewing applicants and as co-chair of his class annual giving campaign.

Jim and his wife, Ellie, have 2 married adult children who they enjoy visiting as often as possible. His other interests include golf, exercise, reading and blues music.
