We’re excited to announce that Kevin Ryan has accepted the role of Director of Sales Operations for Keylan Management Group. Kevin is a highly qualified executive with comprehensive experience and a proven track record of success in driving multi-million dollar sales growth. He has deep experience in business development, problem solving, process improvement, and change management, both individually and as a leader of high-functioning teams. Kevin brings over 30 years’ experience in sales leadership and managing large and small account sales teams. He started his career with Paychex, where he was quickly promoted into a leadership role. He started and was President of his own payroll company, Payroll 1, in New York City, for five years. Most of his career was spent with ADP, as a Director and Sales Executive in the National Account Division, where he achieved 15 President’s Club awards and many other regional awards.
Kevin is married with two adult children. He also serves as a Board member for GCHRA (Greater Cincinnati HR Association) and is also a member of the Business School mentor program at Xavier University.
In his role as Director of Sales Operations with Keylan, Kevin’s primary objectives are to deliver sales consulting and coaching services to clients, onboard new sales consultants, observe sales consultants for ongoing development and manage the talent acquisition efforts for the firm.
Kevin began working in this new role, effective Monday, May 2nd.
