Dr. Chad Malcolm

Chad is a classically trained educator by nature, having spent over 20 years teaching students of all ages, from preschool through college. In addition to teaching in the classroom, he spent four years in the golf business where he ran his own course and pro shop as the head professional. This time in the business realm gave him a better appreciation for how businesses should be run. After spending eight years in higher education teaching teachers, Chad transitioned to the next stage of his career: teaching businesses how to operate the business. Chad looks to bring his educational background which was chocked full of organization, accountability, and student personal development to the business world as he works as an integrator.

As a golf professional, course, and pro shop owner, he tripled revenue and rounds of golf played by creating unique value propositions to drive business. He also lowered operating costs by over 34%. This was all accomplished in three short years.

Now as the Chief Operating Officer for a full digital marketing firm, his goals for this company are similar to those of his golf business: increase revenue by 150% while decreasing expenses year over year by at least 30 percent.
