With more than 35 years in sales and sales management, Pat brings extensive experience developing and managing growth strategies to Keylan Management Group. Pat started his career at ADP, where he managed growth and account management teams accountable for expanding ADP’s human capital management solutions. In his 20 years at ADP, Pat achieved Presidents Club in 19 of those 20 years and was awarded Board of Director status 8 times.
As a National Vice President with Optum, Pat managed Optum’s growth with global clients. Pat also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CHC in Chicago, and National Vice President at Interactive Health. In these roles, he managed growth and account management teams focused on developing and managing health and benefit strategies with clients across all markets and industries. With his work at two of the nation’s largest employers, combined with his experience managing smaller, entrepreneurial organizations, Pat can leverage a broad perspective in helping
clients develop their growth strategy.
Pat received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Michigan State University as a member of MSU’s football team, and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul University in Chicago.
Pat and his wife, Kathy, have two daughters and one grandchild, and play an active role as volunteers within their community.
